Overview

Digital charpy impact strength tester is mainly used for the determination of impact toughness of non-metallic materials as per ISO179

Digital Charpy Impact Strength Tester

1.Introduction

The digital charpy impact strength tester is mainly used for the determination of impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as hard plastic, reinforced nylon, glass reinforced plastic, ceramic, cast stone and electrical insulating materials. It is an ideal test equipment for chemical industry, scientific research institution, universities and colleges, and quality inspection departments. Meet the requirements of ISO179-2000, GB/T1043-2008, JB/T8762-1998 and GB/T 18743-2002.

2.Features

1). High-precision intelligent controller with LCD display for intuitive and accurate data reading
2). Adopts carbon fiber pendulum rod, the impact mass is concentrated on the centroid of the pendulum hammer, truly vibration-free impact test, and increase the service life.
3). Adopts high-resolution digital encoder, the angle test accuracy is higher and more stable
4). Aerodynamically compliant impact hammer and imported ball bearing, greatly reducing friction loss caused by machinery
5). Automatically calculate the final result, can save 12 groups data and get the average value.
6). English operation interface, test results can choose J/m, KJ/m2, kg-cm/cm, ft-ib/in and other units
7). Built-in micro printer to print test report
