Temperature-Controlled Battery Short Circuit Test Chamber
- Introduction
The battery short-circuit test chamber is designed for conducting external short-circuit tests on primary lithium batteries, other primary batteries, lithium-ion batteries (used in digital electronic products such as laptops and video cameras), as well as Ni-MH, Ni-Cd and lead-acid batteries (used in power tools, toys, electric bicycles and similar products).
It is designed to meet the test requirements of IEC 60079-11:2023 clause 9.14 and GB/T 3836.4-2024 clause 10.5, for testing the surface temperature of batteries or battery packs installed in intrinsically safe equipment.
