2.Working principle
At its core, the device operates on the principle of differential air pressure, utilizing a negative-pressure water immersion method to precisely determine sealing integrity. Its transparent, visible tank is constructed from a high-transmittance material, ensuring the water remains crystal clear and unobstructed. This allows operators to directly observe bubbles generated by sample leaks, thereby rapidly pinpointing the exact location and severity of the leak. This approach moves beyond the ambiguous assessments characteristic of traditional testing methods, enabling fully visualized quality inspection. To perform a test, the sample is immersed in the water within the test tank; the sealing lid is then securely fastened, and the device is activated, at which point a vacuum pump evacuates the air from the tank to create a pressure differential. If the sample contains a leak, internal air will escape through the leak point under the influence of this pressure differential, forming a continuous stream of bubbles in the water; the tester can then directly observe the location of these bubbles to identify the leak source. Conversely, samples with intact seals will produce no bubbles, thereby ensuring a fully visualized testing process free from false positives.
