2. Structure and Composition:

We cleverly design the non-solid pin test apparatus. Firstly, its core component includes a steel rod with a precise diameter of 4.8mm, which is the key component for applying force. Secondly, the loading system consists of a mass. It provides a stable pressure of 100N and accurately transferring it to the steel rod. 4. Operation of the Non-solid Pin Testing Machine

First, firmly mounth the non-solid pin on the supporting structure. This help to ensure the pin axis is perpendicular to the steel rod. 

Next, place the 4.8mm steel rod with the 100N mass to contact with the surface of the test pin and maintained steadly for 1 minute. During the pressure application, closely observe and ecord the deformation state of the pressure point of the pin.

Finally, after applying the pressure, use the measuring tool to carefully measure the dimensional changes of the pin in all directions. Then judge the qualification of the pin  according to the standard.

 

5. Judgement of Test Results

5.1. During application of the force, the reduction of the dimension of the pin at the point where the force is applied shall not exceed 0.15mm.

5.2. After removal of the rod, the dimensions of the pin shall not have changed by more than 0.06mm in any direction.
