What is tumbling barrel?

The working principle of tumbling barrel and its application
The specimen is placed in the tumbling barrel, and rotate with a specify speed to fall from a certain height, the specimen is subjected to different angles and impact forces during the fall process, after reaching the prescribed number of fall, then to check if the specimen is damaged. Usually, The test is applied to the fields of cellphone, battery, socket-outlet, plug, pads, MP3 and etc., however, for different samples, the material and size of the tumbling barrel will have different requirements, the product standards will give the detail drawings.
