Heating elements

Heating element: 300W strip stainless steel heater.

Heat sink: brass heat sink.

Heat sink dimensions: L40×W40×L300 mm.

Heating control: temperature sensing by thermocouple, controlled by temperature controller.

Control unit

The temperature controller is installed on the front of the electrical box.

Temperature control adopts PID control mode.

Heating elements are controlled by solid-state relays.
