Hot Flaming Oil Tester (Model: PG-HFO)

1.ntroduction

The hot flaming oil tester is designed to meet the test requirements of IEC60950-1:2000 and GB4943:2001. The test is to heat 10mL of fuel oil with the specified performance (38MJ/L, 0.845g/mL~0.865g/mL) to burning for 1mim, and then pour it all steadily on the center opening of test surface (fire protection shell) in a certain height (100mm) and a certain flow rate (1mL/s), and then to evaluate the fire protection performance of the test product by igniting the bedding material at a specified distance (50mm) and a specified density (40g/m²) under the test product. The hot flaming oil tester is suitable for the research, production and quality inspection departments of electronic instruments, electrical instruments, information technology equipment, electrical business equipment and other electrical and electronic products and their components, and is also suitable for the industries of insulating materials, engineering plastics or other solid combustible materials.

The hot flaming oil tester is controlled by single chips and push buttons, the shell is made of coating metal sheet, the test apparatus is built-in air exhaust and lighting device, and the front panel is transparent for easy observation of the experimental process.
