1. Introduction

The test probe kits are meet the requirement of IEC60601-1, includes standard test finger, test pin, straight unjointed test finger, test hook and metal test rod, they are applied to verify the accessibility of living or mechanical hazardous parts and openings in enclosure of medical electrical equipment.

Purpose:for identifying the accessible parts of ME EQUIPMENT

Specification:

1). Diameter of dactylogryposis: Φ12mm

2). Length of dactylogryposis: 80mm

3). Diameter of baffle. Φ50mm

4). Length of baffle: 100mm

Straight unjointed test finger with 30N force

Purpose: for verifying the openings preventing the entry of the standard test finger

Specification: the size is as same as test probe B, but without joints, 30N force is applied.

Purpose: for verifying the opening of internal parts that can be touched

Specification:

3). Material: metal rod, nylon handle

4). Recommend force applied: 0N, 10N

Purpose:  for verifying the opening of internal parts that can be touched

Specification:

1). Diameter: Φ3mm (head), Φ4mm (tails)

2). Length of probe: 15mm

3). Diameter of baffle: Φ25mm

4). Thickness of baffle: 4mm

Purpose: for verifying the insulation of ME EQUIPMENT resistance to heat

Specification:

1). Ball diameter: 5mm (R2.5mm)

2). Test Pressure: 20N±0.2N

4). Sample supportor: Φ50mm-length 100mm, cylinder sharp (configure with a hole to insert thermocouple)
