Overview

The goniophotometer test system is for testing the photometry properties of LED, CFL, HID luminaires includes luminous flux, luminous intensity and its distribution, UGR glare and etc.

1.Introduction

The luminaire goniophotometer test system (Luminous Intensity Distribution Test System) can meet the test requirements of LM-79 and CIE standard regarding C-γ and B-β test solutions. It is widely applied to test LED, HID, CFL and other luminaire, like floodlight, downlight, panel light, streetlight and so on.

 

2. Test parameters:

1). For Indoor Lighting fixture: upward light ratio, downward light ratio, max allowable spacing height ratio, luminaire limitation curve, utilization factor and budgetary estimate table.
2). For floodlight: half peak side angle, type B luminous intensity distribution data, zonal luminous flux distribution data, and space luminous intensity curve.
3). For streetlight: max allowable spacing height ratio, upward light ratio, downward light ratio, zonal flux, luminous intensity and utilization factor.

 

3. Specification

1) Rotating console: The main axis and the lamp axis adopt conductive slip rings with a precious metal optical fiber point brush structure, which can run 360 degrees continuously without backlash for measurement. There is no need to rotate back and forth to prevent winding, and the winding will never occur;
Vertical axis rotation range: -180°~+180° or 0°~360°; Horizontal axis rotation range: -180°~+180° or 0°~360°
2) Angle accuracy: 0.1°, resolution: 0.1°; Test speed: H-M-L (optional)
3) High-precision thermostatic photo-detector: V(λ) correction (f1′ < 3%), constant temperature point: 35±1℃ (accuracy: ±0.1℃), with adjustable supporter
4) Photometer:0.01lx~200klx; low drifting, high accuracy
5) Equip with double channel cross-beam laser alignment device to make the center of the lamp under test coincides with the rotation center of the rotary table
6) Clamps for lamp mounting
maximum size and weight of fixtures allowed to be tested: 1.5m*1.5m /60KG
7) The lamp power supply measurement adopts a 4-wire system
8) Length turntable control wire and lamp power supply wire: 6m or customized
9) Length of photo-detector cable: 20m or customized
10) Test distance: 2m to 30m
