Introduction to Four Core Testing Equipments
– Needle Flame Tester Designed in accordance with IEC 60695-11-5. It simulates tiny flames generated by internal short circuits inside electrical products to test the ignition resistance and flame retardancy of plastic housings, connectors, insulating components and PCB materials. Widely applied for fire risk assessment of power adapters, switches and sockets, household appliances and lighting products.
– Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter Compliant with ISO 1716. It accurately measures the gross calorific value released during combustion of plastics, rubber, thermal insulation materials and building composite materials, and quantifies the energy released by materials in fires. It is used for flame retardant formula development and material fire rating classification, suitable for new material R&D laboratories and incoming quality control.
– Salt Spray Test Chamber Performs neutral salt spray (NSS) and acid salt spray (AASS) corrosion tests as specified in ISO 9227. It replicates the high temperature, high humidity and coastal salt fog climate, and verifies the corrosion resistance of metal components, electroplated parts, connectors and coating layers of enclosures. It helps predict the long-term rust-proof reliability of products used locally in Vietnam and coastal regions across Southeast Asia.
– Impulse Withstand Voltage Tester Meets IEC 60664 and safety testing requirements. It evaluates the capacity of electrical insulation systems to withstand transient high-voltage surges and simulates grid surge and lightning impulse conditions. It is used for insulation reliability testing of transformers, wiring harnesses, motors and switching power supplies to guarantee safe operation of electrical products.
