1. Introduction

The free-fall drop test equipment is used for simulating a free fall drop of the container during the normal transit and rough handling. The test can be applied to a face, corner or edges of a container, and can meet the test requirements of CNAS 29999, ISO2248-1985, ASTM D5276, IEC60068-2-27 and etc..

The free fall drop test can evaluate the ability of a container to withstand the sudden shock resulting from a free fall drop impact, or evaluate the ability of a container and its inner packing to protect its contents during the sudden shock resulting from a free fall drop impact, so that to improve and prefect the container design.
