Cord Anchorage Pull Force and Torque Tester

1.Description

The cord anchorage pull force and torque tester can meet the test requirements of IEC60598, IEC60335-1 clause 25.15, IEC60884-1 clause 23.2, GB7000, GB2486 and etc.. It is used to test tension and torque on the terminals of appliances provided with a supply cord and household appliances intended to be permanently connected to fixed wiring with flexible cords. It shall not be possible to push the cord into the appliance to such an extent that the cord or internal parts of the appliance could be damaged.

The test method is to make a mark on the cord at a distance of approximately 20mm from the cord anchorage or other suitable point, and then apply steady pull force to cord for 25 times with a speed of 1 times/s. Then apply a torque as close as possible to the appliance for 1 minute. After the test, the displacement of the cord marking position shall not exceed 2 mm.
