Overview

Power cord flexing test apparatus is used to flexing (bending) test of power leads of small appliances (like electric irons, coffee makers) and luminaire, meet the requirement of IEC60335-1 clause 23.3 and 25.14 and figure 8

1.Introduction

Power cord flexing test apparatus is designed according to IEC60335-1 clause 25.14 and figure 8, IEC60335-2-14 clause 25.14, IEC60884-1 clause 23.4 and figure 21, AS/NZS3112 clause 2.13.12.2 and figure 2.2, BS1363-1 clause 19.5 and figure 18. It is widely used in power cord bending and swing testing on power cords, plugs and sockets, lamps, home appliances, IT/AV appliances, and electrical accessories. The equipment is configure with 7 inch LCD touch screen, PLC and step motor, the flexing angle, flexing speed an test times can be adjusted. Equip with 4KW transformer can realize the bend test for different power cord with different rated current. The clamp can adjust the swing center to meet a variety of standard requirements.
